I have just completed upgrading to WordPress 2.1. It seems to be a better content management system. Most of my plugins are working fine after the upgrade. But not my image management plugin Photopress (which allowed me to upload and manage images easily)

Yeah, it is a good idea to do the upgrade only on weekend, there are some works to be done.
Here is the plugin compatibility
Yup, I do notice some improvement in term of loading speed, for example, It seems to be faster to load an post into editor.

I’m looking forward to upgrading too but I’m worried about all of my plugins working. I think I’ll save upgrading for a weekend project.
They claim the database code is much more efficient. Have you noticed a performance boost?
