Before I go?out to catch the movie Curse of the golden flower,?here is?the review of?this week’s result.

It was a short week due to holidays. I only made two trades, with one break even and one winner. Result should have?been better. I failed to pull the trigger on Wednesday which I ended up watching market running without me. Ah well….

    Hey Gav!

Happy New Year! Well? What did you think of The Curse Of The Golden Flower? My wife and I watched it on Christmas day (yea, we had nothing to do) and we both enjoyed it.

Both of us commented on the amount of “jiggling” there was in the movie (hopefully you know that I’m talking about!)

Since there are very few theatres showing it here in Toronto, the line-ups to watch this film were quite long!

    Anyways, here’s wishing you a great 2007!

    Hey J.C,
Happy new year! I was having some problems with my eyes after watching the movie. I guess it was due to the excessive Golden and yellow colors in the movie ;p
It is an artistic and beautiful work from zhang Yimo(the director). I love the way the movie was done, the color combination, the costume, the fighting scene, and Gongli, still gorgeous as before. But the story line is kinda poor, maybe I was expecting too much.

I am a fanatic of Chinese movie , especially comes to kungfu and wars. It is nice to hear that you are keen to catch this type of movie even though the line-ups was long! 🙂

    Good day.
