Ok, if you really want to be devious, here’s a what you can do.
1) He’s using wp-o-matic, which means you can find the ip address of the server.
2) Do some php voodoo or use the .htaccess file to iframe a different blog (say, a gay dating site).
3) Have him reel in horror when he realizes he is not such a good black hat.

Since it looks completely automated, and not even reviewed by a human (this post is there), you can try this: post an image as part of your blog that you really don’t want to post (like something completely inappropriate). Wait for his ‘bot to pull your site. Replace the image on your site with the appropriate image. This is a great trick for people that deep-link to your site (and charge your bandwidth for images), but since he’s stealing your images too, this is the next best thing.
Downside is, you have an inappropriate image up for a couple of minutes.
